We ship artwork from Kuwait to local, GCC, and international addresses. Shipping costs and options appear at checkout once you enter your address.

Regions & timelines (business days)

• Kuwait: Processing 1–4 days · Delivery 1–10 days

• GCC (e.g., KSA, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): Processing 2–5 days · Delivery 7–14 days

• International: Processing 3–7 days · Delivery 7–14 days

Framing, large works, commissions, or exhibitions may require additional time. We’ll notify you if timelines change.

Carriers & tracking

We use reputable carriers (e.g., DHL/Aramex/UPS). You’ll receive tracking by email/SMS when shipped.

Packaging & insurance

Artworks are packed professionally (tubes/crates/flat boxes) and shipped insured. Please record unboxing for claims.

Duties & taxes

International orders may incur customs, duties, or VAT charged by your country. These are paid by the recipient and are not included in ROA’s prices unless stated otherwise.

Delivery issues

• Damaged package or item: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [team@roa.studio] with photos/video of the box, label, and artwork. Keep all packaging.

• Lost-in-transit: We’ll open a carrier claim and support you with a replacement or refund where possible.

Address changes & failed delivery

If you need to change the delivery address, email us before shipment. If a parcel returns due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can resend (additional postage may apply).

Pre-orders, exhibitions & commissions

Works marked Pre-order / Commission / Exhibition piece ship on the indicated date or after the exhibition ends. We’ll confirm timelines via email.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We aim for you to love your art. Below is our returns guidance—tailored to art categories.

What is returnable?

• Limited-edition prints & accessories: Returnable within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original condition/packaging.

• Original artworks: Generally final sale. Returns only for damage or significant description mismatch.

• Commissions (custom works): Final sale (non-returnable and non-refundable).

• Workshops: See Workshops & Events below.

Return shipping and any customs/duties are the buyer’s responsibility unless we made an error.

How to start a return

1. Email [team@roa.studio] within the return window with your order number and reason.

2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

3. Pack safely (ideally original packaging). We recommend an insured, trackable service.

4. Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund timing

Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive and approve the return. Bank/issuer timings may vary.

Exchanges

If you’d like an exchange, contact us and we’ll help you choose a suitable piece (subject to availability).

Damaged or incorrect items

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. Keep all packaging. We’ll arrange repair, replacement, or refund.

Workshops & Events (tickets)

• Cancel ≥72 hours before the event: full credit note (valid 6 months).

• Cancel <72 hours or no-show: non-refundable.

Prices are shown in KWD unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, customs, and duties are calculated at checkout or by your country on import.

4. Orders & payments

We accept major cards and secure digital payments (subject to provider availability). An order is accepted when we send a confirmation. We may cancel and refund if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or suspected of fraud.

5. Shipping, risk & title

See Shipping & Delivery. Risk passes to you upon delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged, notify us promptly so we can assist with a claim.

7. Intellectual property

All content and artworks are owned by ROA or the respective artists and are protected by IP laws. No reproduction without prior written consent.

8. Commissions

Commissions require a deposit and signed brief. They are final sale and timelines are estimates unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with security, or infringe on IP.

10. Third-party links

We’re not responsible for third-party websites or services linked on our site.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version becomes effective when posted.

For Artists / Sell with ROA

Join ROA’s curated roster. We champion fair terms, strong presentation, and long-term relationships.

How to apply

Email [team@roa.studio] with: portfolio (PDF or link), short bio, location, mediums, typical sizes/prices, and availability for commissions.

Model & commission

• ROA margin/commission: 35% of final sale price (incl. ROA promotions).

• Artist share: 65% paid out 7–14 days after successful delivery and buyer acceptance.

• Pricing: Artist and ROA agree final list price; the public price must match across channels.

Inventory & editions

• Originals: clearly label medium, size, year, signature, COA.

• Editions: specify size of edition, print type, paper, and numbering (e.g., 1/25).

• Works must be authentic and available; notify ROA of changes immediately.

Packaging & handover

• Artists must pack safely (or request ROA packing). ROA can arrange pickup or studio drop-off.

• Include any required certificates, care cards, or hanging hardware, if agreed.

Shipping & returns

• ROA coordinates shipping and insurance.

• If a work returns due to buyer remorse (eligible categories only), it must be received in original condition. Artist payouts on such orders may be reversed or adjusted accordingly.

Commissions (custom work)

• A non-refundable deposit is required from the buyer.

• Timeline, iterations, and delivery format are documented in the brief.

• Commissions are final sale except for damage in transit.

Marketing & usage rights

• Artist grants ROA non-exclusive rights to use images of the work for marketing and press.

• Credit lines will include the artist’s name and work title.

Exclusivity

• Exclusivity is optional and negotiated case-by-case (e.g., by series, region, or time window).

Payments & taxes

• Payments are made via [bank transfer/PayPal/other]. Artist is responsible for their own taxes.
